Why Partner with us?
At the Winnicott Foundation, we know that our aim of improving the care of premature and sick babies can be better achieved by working with others. Like the individuals we support, we work with companies in an individual way, tailored to your needs and with clear outcomes.
A partnership with The Winnicott Foundation, provides a great opportunity to involve your colleagues, suppliers, customers and the community with a fantastic cause and engage them in a range of fun events, activities and in our fundraising campaigns.
Ways to get involved
We may have some opportunities for employees to volunteer with us. From a team challenge to sharing of your knowledge and skills. Corporate volunteering can boost team spirit and engagement and, most of all, with just a few spare hours, make a real difference.

Your kind donation is an easy, tax effective way to donate monthly For example, if you pay tax at the basic rate of 20% and you donate £5 per month, it will actually cost you £4.
Why have a Payroll Giving Scheme for your employees?
Research shows that offering Payroll Giving to your employees increases staff morale, retention and recruitment. It also enables you to increase your company’s charitable giving with little cost and allows you to monitor the funds raised by your company. Some companies also match the contributions made by their employees which provide a significant boost to the vital work of The Winnicott Foundation .
Not signed up to a Payroll Giving Scheme?
Employers need to be registered with a Payroll Giving Agency (PGA) which is easy to do. For more information, please visit the HMRC website. There are no costs associated with setting up a scheme, the administration is minimal, with any administration costs being tax deductible.
